Tuition and Payment Options

Total Program Price: $12,999

The registration fee, tuition and required instruction are included in the total program price. Optional equipment rental is not included.

Seat-Reservation Payment

After your application has been approved, an initial payment of $500 is required to reserve your place in the Academy.

  • $150 registration and administrative fee
  • $350 tuition deposit credited toward the total program price

If you cancel in writing within three business days after signing the enrollment agreement, all amounts paid will be refunded and you will be released from further payment obligations.

After the three-business-day cancellation period, the $150 registration fee is nonrefundable. The $350 tuition deposit remains subject to the withdrawal and refund policy contained in the enrollment agreement.

Please do not submit the seat-reservation payment until you have applied and received written confirmation of acceptance.

Priority Enrollment

Academy classes are kept small so that every student receives substantial instructor attention, mentoring and studio access.

Accepted students who enroll more than 14 days before the program begins may reserve their place with the $500 initial payment described above.

The total amount paid must reach $3,000 no later than 14 days before the first class.

Students enrolling within 14 days of the program start date may still be accepted if space remains. However, the complete $3,000 initial payment will be due upon enrollment.

Early enrollment gives students more time to complete payment arrangements, sign their enrollment documents, install and configure Ableton Live, complete orientation and prepare for the first class.

If the program begins within 48 hours, please contact us before submitting payment so that we can confirm availability and onboarding readiness.

In-House Payment Plan

An interest-free in-house payment plan is available to approved students. The total program price remains $12,999.

  • Initial seat-reservation payment: $500
  • Additional tuition deposit due 14 days before class: $2,500
  • Total paid before the first class: $3,000
  • Remaining balance: $9,999
  • Four monthly installments of $2,499.75

The first installment is due on the first day of class. The remaining three installments are due monthly thereafter according to the schedule in the student’s enrollment agreement.

Students accepted within 14 days of the start date must pay the complete $3,000 initial amount upon enrollment. The first monthly installment will remain due on the first day of class unless a different written schedule is approved before enrollment.

All payment-plan students must sign an enrollment and payment agreement and maintain a valid payment method on file. The complete payment schedule, withdrawal policy and refund terms will be provided before enrollment.

All tuition and other required charges must be paid in full before a student can complete the program or receive a certificate of completion.

Late Payments

Payments include a five-calendar-day grace period. A payment that remains outstanding after the grace period may be assessed a one-time $75 late administration fee.

Access to classes, mentoring, studio time and program materials may be paused while an account remains past due. Pausing access does not automatically constitute withdrawal or eliminate payment obligations properly owed under the enrollment agreement and applicable law.

Optional iMac Rental

Students who prefer not to bring a compatible laptop may rent an iMac for the complete program for $400, subject to availability.

Your Final EP

The Academy is project-based, so students work on their own original music throughout the program. Students who complete the required coursework, assignments and final project will finish the Academy with an original EP developed to Garnish’s release-ready completion standards.

“Release-ready” means the student’s final project has completed the Academy’s required production, arrangement, editing, mixing and mastering process. Garnish does not guarantee commercial release, distribution, audience growth, income or commercial success.

Certificate of Completion

Students who successfully complete the required coursework, attendance, assessments and final EP project—and whose tuition account is paid in full—will receive a Garnish Electronic Music Academy certificate of completion.

The Garnish certificate documents successful completion of the school’s own program. It is not an academic degree, college credit, state professional license or guarantee of employment.
